The taste of Iceland

Iceland, Dom Perignon P2

I discovered Iceland through the taste of champagne Dom Perignon P2, a plenitude, dreamed by Richard Geoffroy, Dom Perignon Cellar Master. From the Seljalandsfoss waterfall to the Gigjökull glacier with a stop at the Dyrhölaey lighthouse and The Ion Hotel, I felt all the visual emotions nature can offer, the real power of the vibrant and moving earth.

Everything around you tells your sens and your flesh that you are not in a bland and tasteless place. During one second I understood what rough luxury (a term all my clients talk about) was.To drink a glass of Dom Pérignon P2 behind the Seljalandsfoss waterfall, the hands frozen by the cold rain, but the palate and the imagination blowed by the place and the taste.
